Tryon to bowl out. Four!! Jemimah starts the over strong. She judges the ball well and lofts it over extra cover. Four!! This time, it is Harmanpreet who finds the covers. She gets on her knee and pulls it over square leg. 

Khaka into the attack. Three dots to start. Jemimah chips it high up but the ball lands safely. Four!! Harmanpreet hits it straight down the ground for a much-needed boundary. 

Marx returns. Four!! Another mistake. Mlaba seemed to have touched the covers while picking up the ball despite a good effort to save the boundary. Four!! Jemimah lofts it above extra over. Four!! Back-to-back boundaries for Jemimah who sweeps it fine to finish the over. 

Mlaba into the attack. Jemimah is unable to get it past the fielder at mid off. Four!! A rare misfield by the Proteas as the fielder on the off side lets it slip past.

de Clerk returns. Harmanpreet lifts it to mid wicket but the ball lands safely. de Klerk keeps it tight as India takes only four runs this over.

Tryon back into the attack. Can the new batters settle quickly and continue the chase? Four!! Jemimah drops to one knee and sweeps it over short fine.

Annerie Dercksen into the attack. Four!! Mandhana hoicks a shortish delivery through backward square leg for a boundary. 8 runs off the over.

Khaka into the attack. Brits is helped off the field after an injury. Shafali mistimes her loft over the head on mid on and gets a double. WICKET!! Khaka gets her 50th T20I wicket! Short ball angling away from the right-hander, takes the outside edge back to the keeper.

De Klerk into the attack. Four!! Full outside off, Smriti stands her ground and lofts it over mid off for a boundary. Four!! Length on the pads, Smriti clips it behind square leg for a boundary. Four!! Slightly shorter, pulled in front of deep square leg for another boundary. 

Eliz-mari Marx into the attack. Shafali guides one to third man for a single. Full, wide and down leg, beats the keeper and runs away for a boundary. Smriti cuts a wide one to third man, goes on the bounce to the fielder in the deep. Short to Shafali, pulled in front of square for a couple. Ten off the over. 

Tryon into the attack. Four!! Short ball, Smriti pulls, manages to get it just over the grasp of square leg for four. Four!! Two in two for Smriti. Ten from the over.

Four!! Short first up, Shafali pulls it through midwicket for a boundary. There was a fielder in the deep but it was too quick for her. Smriti makes room on the leg side, Khaka follows her but the opener manages to pull it to deep square. Shafali punches one through cover but it doesn’t have the legs to reach the boundary.

Vastrakar returns. Four!! Britts brings up her fifty in style. Dropped!! Richa this time with an expensive mistake. She seems to have taken a hit as the keeper walks off the field. Uma Chetry comes in as the sub. Four!! Kapp also gets to her half-century with a beautiful strike to covers. 

Asha Shobana into the attack. Four!! Kapp lifts it on top of short fine leg for another boundary. Four!! Kapp with a beautiful reverse sweep past short third for more runs. 

Deepti returns. South African take only four singles from the over. 

Renuka in for her last over. Good fielding by the captain at square leg. Six!! Kapp picks it up and guides it to the leg side with great timing for another six. Four!! Finds the boundary over short fine leg again.

Radha into the attack. Four!! Brits lifts it over the fielder in the circle and beats the long-on fielder in the deep. South Africa reaches the 100 mark. Nine runs of the over.

Asha Shobana returns. Swept over short fine and lands safely for a couple. Four!! Kapp beats the fielder on the deep for a boundary. Six!! Brits lofts it over for more runs. 14 runs form the over

Deepti back into the attack. Kapp looks to cut but misses. Four!! Kapp goes on her knees and lofts one over short fine leg for a boundary. Dropped!! Attempted lofted shot, not enough timing, Smriti tries to run forward and grasp it but can’t hold on. 11 off the over. 

Renuka replaces Asha. Kapp looks to go big down the ground after stepping down, doesnt get enough on it. Goes on the bounce to long on. Four!! Brits manages to guide her cut past short third for four. Ruins a good over from Renuka. 

Radha continues. WICKET!! The captain is gone! Full on the stumps, Wolvaardt tries to sweep, takes an edge of her gloves and trickles onto the stumps.

Vastrakar continues. Length ball on off, Brits defends to point. Hemalatha receiving some medical treatment on her ankle. Shreyanka Patil replaces her on the field. Indian middle-order mainstay Jemimah Rodrigues identified fielding as an area of constant improvement for the Indian team ahead of its three-match T20I series against South Africa.
